# Posting calendar — week of Monday 7 September 2026

Monday 7 September is the week she starts; the first post goes out **Tuesday 8 September**. The offer opens **Saturday 19 September**,
so the first ten posts run *before* the doors open — that is deliberate. An account with
nothing in it converts nobody, and the anticipation is worth more than the wait.

## Two fixed points

- **Tue 8 September** — first post. Send the staff memo *before* this.
- **Sat 19 September** — the campus actually opens. Post 15 (dates open) should carry the
  first real weekends. Repost that one on the 1st of every month, forever.

## Rules that matter more than the calendar

1. **Reply to every comment and DM the same day.** Early accounts live or die on this, not on cadence.
2. **Never post a Weekend Yard design to @sheltonafterschool**, or the reverse. The three AS posts are drawn in their house style and belong only on their feed.
3. **Post 15 is a template** — edit the dates before every use.
4. If a real party happens, **that photo jumps the queue.** It will outperform anything scheduled.
